What are your access hours?
Each of our tenants gets an access code to use their storage units between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. You can also ask us for extended hour access if you think you’ll need a more flexible solution.
How far are you from Boone, North Carolina?
Great question! We are only a few miles away, meaning you can reach our property after a short 5 minute drive from downtown Boone.
How is the facility set up?
Our multi-acre property houses two climate-controlled buildings, offering a variety of storage units with easy access from Highway 105. We are an online State-of-the Art facility - we offer online reservation/payment, 16 security cameras with punch key access and a gated safe and secure property. We resently installed a Kaios which offers all our online services on-site.
What is climate-controlled storage?
Climate control means that our buildings and storage units not only manage temperature levels but also keep humidity within a narrow range. In fact, high humidity is often the biggest problem in self-storage, allowing for paper rot or wood degradation to occur, hence why it’s important to pick a unit with real climate control, as opposed to one that only offers temperature regulation.
Why should I use climate control?
Large swings in temperature and humidity levels are one of the biggest threats to furniture and other sensitive materials, but as long as these elements stay within well-planned levels, your belongings will be protected. If you think your items may be prone to damage in a “standard” environment, your best pick is probably one of our climate-controlled storage units.

Our facility is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance, electronic entrance via a security gate, and a variety of climate-controlled storage units. You can be sure your belongings are safe here.
